Fernando Suzuki started his career at the two major advertising groups worldwide – WPP (Young&Rubican) and Omnicom (DDB) – acting as Copywriter, Creative Director and Creative Vice President in Brazil and other countries of Latin America. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, he was also higher education Teacher for Creativity and Advertising and Professor for MBA in Global Branding.
Editor of luxury magazines for Ferretti Yachts and Curator of branded art books like Fazendas do Brasil, Copacabana Golden Book and Museé du Louvre Brazilian art collection, Fernando had the privilege of working for other renowned brands, like Procter & Gamble, Kodak, Phillip Morris, Johnson & Johnson, Monsanto, Merial-Sanofi, Sotheby’s, Baci Perugina, Baume et Mercier, Toyota, iG, Bamerindus and Cyrela.
Nowadays, he is Mentor for Innovation at OBR Accelerator in Brazil and RBO Ventures in Silicon Valley, working with several technology startups and as Lecturer in innovation programs like MICROSOFT – Lean Startup Machine, AMCHAM – American Chamber of Commerce Startups and New Business Seminars, SEBRAE – Silicon Valley Meet and Circuito Startup São Paulo, among others. In the meantime, he is also Head of his own companies in advertising and innovation: Suzuki Propaganda Sao Paulo (since 2007) and Suzuki.Agency Miami (since 2015), with clients in Brazil, United States and Europe. Finally, he is grateful for having works awarded at Cannes, NYF, LIA, Clio, FIAP, Sinos Portugal, CCSP, Apple, Colunistas, ABMR, FIABCI, among others. And proud to be the President of BRAG, the Brazilian Advertising Group in the United States.

Mr. Rubival L Santos, also known by colleagues, friends and family as Rubinho Lima began his career in TV and production with Bahia Television Network affiliated with other sister companies and networks in the West (Barreiras), Southeast (Vitória da Conquista), North (Juazeiro) and Santa Cruz (Itabuna); responsible for all logistic development for all networks in the suburbs of Bahia including materials, artistic and creative production for commercial purposes. Rubival has also participated in various TV productions and programs with Brazil’s largest TV network; Rede Globo, such as Caldeirão do Huck, Faustão, Mais Você, Conversa com Bial, Esporte Espetacular, Video Show amongst others.
As a Massachusetts resident living in the U.S. since 2000 he has also produced international TV shows such as Planeta Brasil, o Aprendiz, Pânico da Band, Rede TV and 11 Years of Brazilian Day NYC.
As an entrepreneur, he opened his first agency in 2001 named Go Forward Advertising Agency responsible for the productions mentioned above plus Hispanic and American productions as well which led to Atrium Productions being founded in 2015 with the intention to seek new partnerships and market expansion.

Before launching his own company, Ciro worked as a Creative Director at leading advertising agencies in Brazil, Latin America and Europe.
Winner of several international awards (10 Lions at the Cannes Festival in addition to a Special Jury Award, Grand Prix at the Ibero-American Festival, Grand Prix at the Tokyo Festival, Grand Prix at the City of Rome Festival, five Clio Awards), Ciro was also Creative Director at two Italian TV channels, as well as Member of the Procter & Gamble European Core Group and President of the Clube de Criação de São Paulo.
Among the main brands he has worked with, the following stand out: AMBEV, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Ford, Renault, Toyota, American Airlines, British Airways, Smirnoff, Banco do Brasil, EMBRATUR, Cafés do Brazil, Mastercard, Johnson & Johnson, Levi Strauss, Avis, Philips, Danone, Bradesco, Globo TV, Globosat, Dish Network and Sling TV.
As a second activity, Ciro has already published six books and collaborated with top Brazilian newspapers and magazines.

Marcelo Goulart has over 20 years of experience in marketing, events, and brand strategy. He has worked in various fields of the industry and has represented Fortune 500 companies. His career began at Anheuser-Busch InBev, after Molson Coors. His success led him to partner with one of Brazil’s most influential marketing agencies for over ten years. During this partnership, Marcelo worked with brands such as Copa Hermes, Rolex, Coca Cola, FIFA, Santander, Athina Onassis Horse Show, Class-1, Elle Fashion Preview and many others.
Now based in Miami, Marcelo ventured into digital marketing, launching, activating and doing events for brands like Fusion Energy Drink, Absurda Sunglasses, Cecconello Shoes, Ginetta Racing Cars, Calatlantic Real State, Budweiser, Facebook, Itaú at Miami Open, FiveDrinksCO, Ornare, BB Americas, among many others.
His experience has now led him to found AMG. Created upon principles and strategies experienced in the industry, AMG’s mission is to propel its partners into the marketing of the future.
Luiz Bertoldo is a dedicated entrepreneur and Senior Marketing Manager with 15 years of experience in building brand awareness, developing new strategies, and promoting a favorable company’s image toward fulfillment of corporate objectives.
He is recognized as a visionary problem-solver and innovative tactician in the fields of brand advertising, media production, social media marketing, and business development.
He studied Business Administration with a degree in Marketing from 2001 to 2005.
